The New York Giants have announced that veteran kicker Chandler Catanzaro has put pen to paper and signed his contract.
The Giants brought Catanzaro out of retirement last week, agreeing to the terms of the contract on July 26th — though he couldn’t sign that contract before passing his physical. The Giants added Catanzaro to fill the void at the kicker position left by the arrest and eventual release of Aldrick Rosas. Catanzaro, 29, came into the NFL in 2014 and has kicked for the Arizona Cardinals, New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Carolina Panthers.
