A grand jury has failed to indict former New York Giants safety Kam Moore on domestic violence charges stemming from an alleged love-triangle brawl outside his New Jersey home, according to legal documents and law enforcement sources Tuesday.
“He’s lobbying to get his job back right now,” the football player’s lawyer, David Bahuriak, told The Post of his client, who was suspended from the team after his July arrest for allegedly cold-cocking a gal pal and stepping on her neck.
Moore’s alleged victim had shown up at his home in Linden in Union County and gotten into a fight with his girlfriend before he intervened and was accused of assaulting her, court papers have said.
