Judge dismisses order of protection against Giants’ Kamrin Moore in assault case

A New Jersey judge dismissed an order of protection in favor of a woman who accused New York Giants player Kam Moore of cold-cocking her then stomping on her neck — a sign the case against the safety may be in trouble.

Superior Court Judge Frederic McDaniel on Wednesday dropped the protective order barring Moore from any contact with Hilda Polanco after determining that “the plaintiff’s allegation of domestic violence has not been substantiated,” court papers say.

His lawyer, Alex Spiro, called the ruling “vindication” for his client, who was suspended over the July 11 incident.
