According to ESPN's Field Yates, New York Giants linebacker J.T. Thomas has taken a pay cut to remain with the team.

His salary will be reduced from $2.975 million to $775,000 this upcoming season but he can make an extra $420,000 if he plays 70% of the team's snaps this season.
Thomas, who missed all of last season with a knee injury, was just activated off of the Physically Unable to Perform list.
