After one day back on the job with the Giants, Jason Pierre-Paul looks better than anyone could have expected.
So much so, he was scheduled Thursday to get some practice reps with the scout-team defense, putting him on the field for the first time since his July 4 fireworks accident in actual football activity.
“He did well, and I think he proved to the medical people that he’s in good shape,’’ coach Tom Coughlin said. “That’s not to include all the back and forth, sideways stuff.
