Jason Pierre-Paul finally made it to New York to get checked out Monday by Giants team doctors, who have not seen him or his damaged right hand since Labor Day – the last time the one-time star defensive end allowed his hand to be examined.
During the afternoon, Tom Coughlin said, “To my knowledge, he is not here at this point in time.’’ He also stated, again, what the crux of this matter always has been: “It’s all going to start with the medical.’’
Pierre-Paul arrived from South Florida and was seen by Giants medical personnel, including associate team physician Robert Hotchkiss, in Manhattan.
