EAST RUTHERFORD -- Unlike most of the Giants' veterans, running back Shaun Draughn didn't jump at the opportunity to check out of the team hotel when training camp officially ended on Tuesday.
Draughn, who is on his ninth team in a seven-year NFL career, has learned the hard way not to rush into settling down in a new city.
"I remember when I was in Chicago (in 2014) and I made the team," Draughn said. "I was actually waiting (to move in) until I made the team. We had everything packed up in a pod from the last team, so we were just waiting for the go-ahead.
