So, on the day former coach Tom Coughlin bid farewell co-owner John Mara was turning his attention to turning around an organization that has lost its way.
"We've had three losing years in a row. Let's be honest, we've lost some credibility as an organization," Mara said. "When you have three losing years in a row like that, you face a lot of criticism.
