New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul is currently in Philadelphia visiting surgeon William Meyers in regards to his injured groin, according to ESPN.com.
Based on preliminary MRI results, it was not believed that Pierre-Paul suffered a sports hernia injury, according to ESPN’s Ed Werder. The Giants are awaiting the results from Pierre-Paul’s visit with Meyers.
It sounds like the Giants are hoping that JPP won’t need surgery and that rest will help him heal up.
Pretty much my sense here with JPP.
Giants believe rehab with treatment, w/o surgery can get him back on field.
