Jason Pierre-Paul's phone didn't exactly light up with well wishes when he was traded by the Giants in March.
General manager Dave Gettleman called to tell PIerre-Paul he was on his way to the Buccaneers and quarterback Eli Manning, long snapper Zak DeOssie and safety Landon Collins called to say goodbye.
"That's the way they went about it, with a phone call. That was it," Pierre-Paul said Wednesday, four days before returning to MetLife Stadium as a visitor to face the Giants. "Eli called me, too. At the end of the day, it's a business. I have job to do.
