The New York Giants are trying to survive. Last week, they hung in there for three quarters against the Dallas Cowboys. Everything went awry in the fourth quarter though. Physical and mental breakdowns have hampered the team all season long. But with interim coach Steve Spagnuolo piloting the ship, the effort was apparent. Right now, the New York Giants cannot compete talent-wise with Philly, so a similar strong effort is needed this week in order to have a fighting chance.
The Birds are flying high, but must adjust after losing quarterback Carson Wentz for the season to a knee injury last week.
