The New York Giants placed right tackle Evan Neal on the injured reserve in a flurry of roster moves on Sunday.
Neal has struggled with injury this year, suffering a pair of ankle sprains which have plagued him for most of the year. His latest injury was suffered early in November and he missed the next five games prior to this week. Placing Neal on the injured reserve ends his season. It also means that the Giants will go into the 2024 off-season with a question mark at right tackle.
The Giants activated former 3rd round pick Matt Peart off of the injured reserve as a corresponding roster move.
