New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers suffered an apparent injury at the end of Sunday’s practice.
Nabers was seen leaving the practice field during the final team period to get attention from the Giants’ trainers. The rookie wide receiver took off his shoe and was spotted flexing his ankle with a band on the sideline. Reporters noted that while he didn’t go inside the Giants’ facilities, he was in apparent discomfort and was walking with some difficulty.
He didn’t return to the field after getting attention from trainers, though he did walk back out to break the huddle once practice was officially over.
