“I’ve had asthma since I was born,” the third-year Giants defensive end told The Post on Thursday. “I’ve had severe asthma to where when I was a little kid, I used to have to sleep at night with breathing treatments like a mask and wear it on my face to sleep, or I was going to the hospital at least like two times a month for a severe asthma attack.
“I just had to train myself, kind of condition myself, slow my breathing down, learning little techniques like sitting in a hot shower before I go out, making sure my allergies are in line.
