If you have not heard, Peyton Manning retired on Monday after 18 seasons.
There was a farewell news conference held at the Denver Broncos' facility in Englewood, Colo., and most of the Manning family was in attendance. Archie and Olivia Manning, Peyton's parents, were there, as was his wife Ashley, older brother Cooper, and children Marshall and Mosley.
However, his younger brother, Giants quarterback Eli Manning, was not in attendance. And he had a very good reason for not being there, according to The Los Angeles Times' Sam Farmer.
