Bill Belichick doesn’t care who you are – if you aren’t productive or buying into the culture, adios.
Throughout the years, we’ve seen Belichick make moves that no other organization would have the nerve to make:
- Releasing safety Lawyer Milloy prior to the start of the season due to troubles in working out a long-term deal.
- Trading Richard Seymour.
- Trading Randy Moss mid-season.
- Trading Chandler Jones prior to the season.
- Trading Jaime Collins mid-season.
And being the evil genius that he is, Belichick dealt (or in Milloy’s case, signed) the five-man group listed above to bad teams at the time of each deal (Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings, Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills, Arizona Cardinals).
