The Giants cleaned house after an ugly 2017 season, but well-respected veterans Zak DeOssie and Mark Herzlich essentially are part of the furniture at 1925 Giants Drive in East Rutherford.
In other words, they aren't going anywhere.
DeOssie is a two-time Super Bowl champion and special teams captain entering his 12th season as a Pro Bowl long snapper. Herzlich is a backup linebacker and special teams grinder entering his eighth year with the Giants after re-signing on a one-year deal at the start of free agency.
Only quarterback Eli Manning, who is entering his 14th season, has been around longer than those two.
