On Thursday New York Giants’ starting offensive guard Shane Lemieux suffered a lower leg injury during practice and was carted off.
Now that it’s the next day, we know that it seems as though Lemieux avoided a serious injury, according to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan.
Giants’ head coach Joe Judge also confirmed that it looks like Lemieux should be fine.
“Worst case scenario looks to be avoided,” Judge said.
For now the Giants will have to go forward with Zach Fulton and Kenny Wiggins until Lemieux is able to get back on the practice field.
