Golden Tate has been productive enough for the New York Giants this year. Through six games, the veteran has caught 33 balls for 417 yards and three touchdowns. He’s averaging 5.5 receptions-per-game and 69.5 receiving yards-per-game. He isn’t dominant, but in the absence of Sterling Shepard, Tate has proved to be a reliable target in spurts for Giants quarterback Daniel Jones.
However, there’s one thing Tate has yet to experience this season, and that’s a victory. Big Blue’s only wins thus far came during Weeks 3 and 4. At the time, Tate was still suspended for violating the league’s substance policy.
