EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- If Jason Pierre-Paul does suit up for the New York Giants on Sunday, as he's expected to at this point, it will be the biggest step yet in his recovery from the July 4 fireworks accident that cost him his right index finger. But it won't be the end of his journey back.
"There's going to be an adjustment period," defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo said Thursday.
