EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- They’re the Baltimore Ravens. They play a unique brand and/or style of football.
It has been that way for years, stretching back to when Jonathan Ogden was at tackle and Ray Lewis at linebacker for some really good Ravens teams. As New York Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo explained it, they’re all the same. They’re thick, big and nasty.
Spagnuolo would know. He was a defensive assistant for Baltimore from 2013-14, before being rehired as the Giants’ defensive coordinator.
As Spagnuolo explained, it's no secret how the Ravens like to play.
