New York Giants’ wide receiver Darius Slayton has looked good at times this season, but for the most part hasn’t been producing the same way he did as a rookie fifth round pick out of Auburn in 2019.
Giants’ wide receiver’s coach Tyke Tolbert has an explanation for Slayton’s slight dip in production.
“I wouldn’t say it’s any one particular thing that I’ve seen from him,” Tolbert told reporters, via Giants Wire. “He takes advantage of the opportunities that are given to him.”
Tolbert says it comes down to the fact that Slayton hasn’t had as many chances this season to make plays.
