Tom Coughlin broke out the jumping jacks — at the age of 69 — to liven up a mid-week press conference.
Coughlin was asked Thursday whether seeing the Cowboys upset the Redskins on Monday night, after the emotional loss the Giants endured against the Jets (23-20 in overtime), had done anything to change the emotions at the next team meeting. The Redskins’ loss put the Giants in a three-way tie for first place in the NFC East.
With that, Coughlin stepped back from the lectern and did a few of the most precise jumping jacks you’ve ever seen.
