NEW YORK — Now comes the wait.
Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. exited NFL headquarters at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday, an hour and 31 minutes after he had entered the skyscraper at 345 Park Avenue for the appeal hearing in regards to his one-game suspension.
Beckham walked through the lobby, appearing to be upset, and exited through the back entrance on Lexington Avenue, getting into a waiting yellow taxi cab with his agent, Zeke Sandhu. Beckham said nothing to reporters and photographers as he left, stopping only to sign an autograph for a young boy.
The NFL has not yet announced the appeal decision, which will be rendered by appeals officer James Thrash.
