One position that the New York Giants need to make an upgrade at this offseason is at cornerback. They need a compliment to James Bradberry after his Pro Bowl year in 2020.
It sounds like the Giants were interested in making a move for Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Michael Davis, according to Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com.
Unfortunately, Davis ended up re-signing with the Chargers for three-years, $25 million.
Spotrac says Davis’ new deal is “a three-year, $25,200,000 contract with the Los Angeles Chargers, including a $6,000,000 signing bonus, $15,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $8,400,000.
