Healthy scratches will be quarterback Alex Tanney, running back Paul Perkins and offensive tackles Chad Slade and Eric Smith. Aside from Shepard, this is the same group that was inactive in Week 1.
That means that wide receiver Cody Latimer, who missed practice time during the week with a calf injury, will play.
