The New York Giants will face off against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Night Football.
This is a battle between teams who are fighting to prove Bill Parcels wrong and that that they aren’t who their record says they are. The Giants carry a 2-3 record following a surprise upset of the Seattle Seahawks on the road thanks to a great play on special teams. The Bengals, meanwhile, are 1-4 thanks to a botched hold on what should have been a game-winning field goal against the Baltimore Ravens.
On paper, this game looks significantly more winnable for the Giants than it did when the schedule was released.
