Giants sign ex-Ravens safety Jeromy Miles

In need of help at the safety position, the Giants are expected to sign Jeromy Miles, a source confirmed to the Daily News Wednesday.

The Sicklerville, N.J., native spent the last two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, where he worked under returning Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, who was a senior defensive assistant with Baltimore in 2013 and the secondary coach last season.

Miles, 27, went undrafted out of UMass in 2010 before signing with the Bengals, where he spent parts of four seasons before being claimed off waivers by the Ravens in 2013. He's started just three of his 67 career games and recorded his first career interception last year.
