The New York Giants have officially announced the signings of eight players to their 10-man practice squad. While there have been reports that wide receiver Travis Rudolph would be joining the practice squad, his name is not on the list as of now.
The list is as follows:
Bisnowaty, the team’s sixth-round pick, is the first draft choice since 2009 whodid not make the season-opening roster.
Deayon probably lost a 53-man roster spot when the Giants traded for Ross Cockrell on Saturday.
The fact that Rudolph is not yet included could mean that the Giants and Rudolph might be negotiating a salary of more than the $7,200 practice squad players normally receive.
