The Giants have made roster moves as the team prepares for Week 5:
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – With Weston Richburg in the concussion protocol, the Giants today signed another center, Jon Halapio, off their practice squad.
To make room on the roster, the Giants waived linebacker Deontae Skinner, who was re-signed last week and was inactive in the game at Tampa Bay on Sunday.
The Giants also signed offensive lineman Anthony Fabiano to the practice squad.
Halapio was signed to a reserve/future contract by the Giants on Jan.
