The roster shuffle keeps moving for the Giants.
The newest addition is linebacker Jasper Brinkley, who certainly should come in handy this week after spending the entire summer with the Cowboys, the team the Giants just to happen to face Sunday night in the season opener.
Brinkley, 30, is entering his seventh NFL season, and the Giants no doubt are attracted to his durability: He’s played 16 games four times in his career and 15 games in his other active season. He spent his first four years with the Vikings – he missed the 2011 season following hip surgery – played one year with the Cardinals and then returned to the Vikings, starting 11 games in 2014.
