Now that the New York Giants have released running back Rashad Jennings and wide receiver Victor Cruz, they’ve free up $10 million in cap space.
Cutting Cruz free up $7.5 million and brought the Giants’ cap space to $30 million.

Then New York released Jennings, which saves them $2.5 million.
So right now the Giants will have around $32.5 million in cap space this offseason.
This will certainly help the Giants improve their offense through free agency.
