EAST RUTHERFORD -- Giants right tackle Bobby Hart said that he plans to play in Monday night's game against the Lions. But his pronounced limp and the heavy wrap on his right ankle on Wednesday suggested otherwise.
"I'm day-to-day, just getting better," Hart said. "Just doing everything that I can so I can get ready."
Hart said his ankle "got rolled up" on the fifth or sixth play of Sunday's 19-3 loss to the Cowboys in the season opener. He played the rest of the game.
"I didn't really have no choice," Hart said.
