The New York Giants have announced the activation of two more players.
Tuesday morning the Giants announced that linebacker Ryan Anderson would be activated off of the Non-Football Injury list and tight end Rysen John would be activated off of the COVID-19 list.
The Giants originally signed Anderson as veteran free agent this offseason to compete to add to what was a lackluster pass rush in 2020.
Anderson’s activation came with some arcane procedural contract maneuvering which involved him being cut and immediately resigned, as reported by Dan Duggan of The Athletic.
