Landon Collins’ 2017 NFL season is officially over. The Giants have placed the Pro Bowl safety on injured reserve after he suffered a broken forearm on Christmas Eve against the Arizona Cardinals.
Per Tom Rock of Newsday, Collins has already undergone surgery on the forearm.
Collins had been hoping to finish the season despite playing the past couple of weeks on an injured ankle. Now, he won’t get to do that. Collins will finish the season with a team-high 99 tackles, 74 solo. Damon Harrison is second on the team with 78 tackles.
