Giants roster moves: Guard switched, with Zac Kerin added and Ethan Cooper cut

The New York Giants continued to tinker with their roster on Thursday, adding veteran offensive guard Zac Kerin and waiving rookie guard Ethan Cooper.

Kerin, 26, has played in 16 games with one start during a career that began in 2014. He spent three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings after making the team as an undrafted free agent, playing in 15 games. He started the only game he played in for the Detroit Lions last season.

Cooper spent part of last season on the Giants’ practice squad.
