The New York Giants Saturday elevated defensive end Niko Lalos and quarterback Clayton Thorson from their practice squad. Both will be eligible to play Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.
Lalos, an undrafted free agent rookie from Dartmouth, had an interception in his NFL debut last Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. With Kyler Fackrell on IR, Lalos could be a big part of the defensive rotation on Sunday.
Thorson has been on the practice squad since Sept. 30. He was a fifth-round draft choice out of Northwestern by Philadelphia in 2019.
