Wide receiver C.J. Board is, as previously reported, the corresponding roster move for the New York Giants in order to make space on the 53-man roster for special teamer Nate Ebner. [Ebner signing]
The Giants on Tuesday terminated Board’s contract, then quickly re-signed him to the practice squad.
The Giants also made a series of other practice squad moves.
They terminated the contract of veteran linebacker Todd Davis, who retired last month, and waived wide receiver Austin Mack with an injury settlement. Defensive back Jordyn Peters and guard Kenny Wiggins were released from the practice squad.
