Travis Rudolph has gotten the most attention among the Giants' undrafted rookies this year, but Chad Wheeler is a close second.
Off-field and injury issues likely prevented Wheeler, No. 71 in the Giants roster countdown, from being selected in the NFL Draft, but the former USC star checks all the boxes on the offensive line. Some believe the Giants have found a diamond in the rough that could potentially push to play left tackle in the future.
But then again, Wheeler went undrafted for seven rounds. His talent was not seen as so extraordinary he could not be passed up.
