Giants roster countdown, No. 60: WR Darius Powe pushing for Roger Lewis' spot

Powe is one of the young players to watch this summer. After a "redshirt" season last year on the practice squad, the 6-foot-3, 209-pound wideout will be a strong contender to grab the sixth receiver spot on the active roster. His ability to produce on special teams could be key.

Powe signed a two-year, $1.02 million futures deal in January. He is scheduled to receive a base salary of $465,000 in 2017.

Powe had a solid preseason for the Giants after joining the team as an undrafted free agent out of Cal.
