EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants rookie class -- from their first-round pick to several undrafted free agents -- has played a significant part in the team's success this season.
Here is a rookie review through 10 games:
Round 1: CB Eli Apple: The 10th-overall pick has been slowed by injuries. He missed time with hamstring and groin problems. Apple started strong and has flashed, but he’s struggled with consistency, especially in recent weeks.
“It is going OK,” Apple said. “I am learning a lot. I am still young in the game, so I still have a lot more to learn.
