Giants’ rookie Austin Mack with impressive PFF grade

The New York Giants got their second win of the season after defeating the Washington Football Team on Sunday. One of the most stunning outcomes of the game was the fact that Giants’ rookie wide receiver Austin Mack earned one of the team’s highest Pro Football Focus grades from the game with a 76.3.

Austin finished the game with four receptions for 72 yards on five targets. He was also taken down two yards prior to the goal line and almost scored his first NFL touchdown.

The only reason Mack saw the production that he did against Washington is because Giants’ head coach Joe Judge decided to leave Golden Tate back in New Jersey after his selfish antics against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Monday.
