New York Giants’ second-year wide receiver Roger Lewis was arrested Sunday for operating a vehicle under the influence, per a report from TMZ. Lewis was apparently stopped around 5 a.m. Saturday and, under Ohio law, charged with OVI, or Operating a Vehicle Impaired.

Lewis, 23, made the Giants roster last season as an undrafted free agent. He played in 13 games and caught seven passes, two for touchdowns. Lewis was also used as a gunner on special teams.

Lewis was charged with rape as a high school senior and ultimately pled guilty to a lesser charge.
