The New York Giants are signing FB Elijhaa Penny off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad, per source. This after FB Shane Smith struggled badly on Sunday night. Penny is 234 pounds and played in 16 games last season.

Elijhaa Penny, a 6-foot-1, 234-pound 25-year-old who played collegiately at Idaho, played in all 16 games for the Arizona Cardinals in 2017 after making the team as an undrafted free agent.
