The Giants signed wide receiver Da’Mari Scott off the practice squad and re-signed WR Reggie White back to the practice squad.
With Golden Tate in concussion protocol and Jabrill Peppers’ transverse process fracture, the Giants were in need of a returner. Scott played sparingly for the Bills and Browns last season after starring as a kick returner at Fresno State.
The Giants claimed Scott off waivers in July, cut him in August and then signed him to the practice squad in October.
The Giants waived veteran receiver Bennie Fowler on Tuesday for the second time this season.
