The New York Giants announced Wednesday that they have signed wide receiver C.J. Board, defensive tackle Austin Johnson and long snapper Casey Kreiter.
Board joined the Giants last season after one year with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played in 14 games with four starts, recording 11 receptions for 101 yards. He missed the two other games of the regular season with a concussion.
In his rookie season with the Jaguars, Board caught two passes for 31 yards in four games.
The Giants are in desperate need of depth at the wide receiver position and Board, 27, will help in that department.
