The Giants are reuniting with offensive lineman Will Beatty.
Beatty will get a one-year deal containing $1.1 million in guaranteed money and $750,000 in incentives, according to ESPN.
The move, completed quickly after a Tuesday morning workout, comes as the Giants offensive line faces major scrutiny based on its lackluster performance in the team’s three preseason games. Beatty can offer depth or a possible replacement to right tackle Marshall Newhouse, with second-year pro Ereck Flowers installed on the left side.
Beatty, once a franchise left tackle, was released by the team in February to create salary cap room.
