Good news for New York Giants fans: Two of the team’s best offensive weapons are on pace to return on Sunday.
On Friday, Big Blue took running back Saquon Barkley and tight end Evan Engram off their injury report. Barkley had previously missed the team’s last three games with a high ankle sprain. He suffered the injury in a Week 3 win in Tampa Bay. It was the first time Barkley missed regular-season games in his career.
Engram, on the other hand, only missed one matchup. The third-year tight end didn’t suit up in the Week 6 Thursday night loss to the New England Patriots.
