The whole pizza place controversy that came to light this week, where Coniglio’s pizzeria in New Jersey balked when Devito’s appearance fee for a two-hour meet-and-greet was raised from $10,000 to $20,000 by his agent, Sean Stellato, drove home that lesson.
“Everything you do is under a microscope times a hundred, even more now,” DeVito said on Wednesday. “Anything that happens is going to be in some kind of article somewhere, like how this happened.
