JERSEY CITY -- Giants quarterback Kyle Lauletta waived his Wednesday court appearance on charges of eluding police, resisting arrest and obstructing in connection to his Weehawken arrest last week.
At Wednesday's hearing in Jersey City, Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor William Specht told Judge Margaret Marley that he had spoken to the backup quarterback's lawyer and was told that the attorney and rookie quarterback were waiving their appearance.
Marley then said Lauletta's next court appearance will be at an early disposition conference before Hudson County Superior Court Judge Paul Depascale on Dec. 6 in the Hudson County Administration Building.
